I'm Victoria. I've been a bookkeeper, business owner, and mom for over a decade.

I didn’t plan on being a business owner, it just… happened. I started my bookkeeping firm 13 years ago while in college and had my first child before I even graduated. It was chaotic and crazy… but I showed up every single day and made it work.

At one point, I was making $50 after paying for daycare. But I had a long term vision and knew if I stopped, I’d have to start over again. I couldn’t risk losing the flexibility I needed to be there for my family.

Fast forward to now… I’ve been behind the scenes of hundreds of businesses, from brand new startups to multi-million dollar companies. And I’ll tell you this: it’s never just about the numbers.

It’s about support & connection.

I realized, I was going through a full-blown burnout phase. I stepped back from my business for over two months to dig deep to figure out what I really wanted. I realized something big. Strategy matters, but support changes everything. I missed the connection. Not just the work, but the real-life conversations. The one-on-one moments with women who were building something they cared about.

So many women are starting beautiful businesses because they’re passionate about what they do, not because they dreamed of being a “business owner.” Before you know it, you're handling the parts you never expected bookkeeping, taxes, business licenses. All the admin tasks that quietly grow alongside your passion.
